Staffed entirely by retired officers, the service provides a judgment-free space where active-duty officers and their families can openly discuss the psychological and emotional stressors that come with the profession.
Unlike traditional helplines, Copline leverages the experience of those who have lived through the pressures of law enforcement. Their active listeners have undergone an extensive selection and training process to ensure they can effectively support those in need.
Beyond immediate crisis intervention, Copline also connects callers with a trusted network of clinically vetted mental health professionals, ensuring long-term support and well-being.

Challenge
At Crunchloop, we believe that technology should empower people, not create additional barriers. When we started working with Copline in 2023, we quickly realized that, despite their incredible mission, their internal volunteer platform was holding them back.
